"Sasuke-kun!" Sasuke looked towards his teammate and grunted.
A few minutes later Sasuke's other teammate Naruto Uzumaki came.
"Good morning Sakura." The blonde said.
Sasuke rolled his eyes, mornings were predictable.
The jounin that lead team 7 would be late, as usual.
"Uh, Sasuke..." Sasuke looked towards Naruto.
"What?" He said.
"Um... Never mind."
Sasuke sighed. The blonde had been acting strange lately. He wasn't happy anymore and he often stared off into the distance at nothing.
The boy always looked longingly at the gate.
"YOUR LATE!" a pink-haired girl yelled, bringing Sasuke out of his thoughts.
Sasuke grunted. Naruto looked indifferent.
"So Kakashi, Did you get lost on the path of Life, again?" The blonde asked in a neutral voice.
"Actually I helped an old la..." Naruto cut Kakashi off.
"That the same excuse you used last week, Kakashi." Naruto said.
Sakura and Kakashi stared at Naruto in disbelief. This was so unlike him.
Sasuke wanted to laugh, but Uchiha discipline kept him from doing so.
"Naruto are you ok?" Sakura asked worried.
Naruto nodded.
"Kakashi, what's today's mission?" The silver haired man raised an eyebrow.
No -sensei? Naruto what happened to you? Kakashi thought.
"Na-Naruto?" Sakura asked. "What Sakura?" Naruto said harshly. Saskura's lip trembled.
Sasuke could barley believe that Naruto was being so mean to Sakura.
Finally Sasuke couldn’t stand it any more, he walked up to Naruto. “What’s your problem?”
Sasuke said as he pushed Naruto up against a tree.
“That’s enough, Sasuke. Put Naruto down.” Kakashi ordered.
Sasuke did what he was told and slowly let go of Naruto’s arm.
Naruto look up at his sensei and smiled.
“Kakashi, what’s the mission?” Naruto asked again.
Kakashi looked at the mission list. “ We are going to find a elderly lady’s pet cat….”
“That’s so idiotic, can’t she just go find the cat herself? I mean it is HER cat.”
“Naruto don’t be so rude! This is are mission and were going to do it!” Kakashi said angrily.
Naruto just shrugged, and starred heading towards the gate.
