Sasuke woke up screaming and in a cold sweat. He’d had that nightmare again. In his nightmares he replays it over and over again. They frighten him, as does the thought of meeting Itachi face to face.

Sasuke thinks he’s going crazy. He thinks he hears him, whispering to him about what he’d done and what he was going to do to him. He thinks he hears him outside. . . waiting for the perfect moment to strike. . . and strangely, he was excited.

Sasuke couldn’t sleep. He couldn’t take it anymore – he had to kill his brother soon, or else he might go insane. It was becoming his obsession.

And then Itachi came back and attempted to kidnap Naruto. And Sasuke knew what he had to do.

Sasuke was more excited then he could remember being. Those terrifying nightmares, sleepless nights, waking up screaming if he did manage to sleep, all were going to end soon.

And it was over. Sasuke looked at the body of his brother, and sighed in relief. He was at peace, and wouldn’t have to worry. He wouldn’t be scared anymore.
