"M..My wife!?" Kankurou said awe strucken as Kaze left the house.
Temari shook her head. "I cant believe it either!"
"Hey.......guys...where'd she go?" Gaara asked looking at the couch. Kankurous eyes opened wide and he looked up. There Megumi was opening the window and getting ready to escape.
"Hey!" Kankurou said running over and grabbing Megumi's arm.
Megumi struggled, "Let me go! No I wont be your wife! Never Never Never Never!! I rather eat snails!!"
"So you were awake huh?" Temari said going into the kitchen to share out the dinner.
"No but i was awake enough to hear that part!" screamed the purple haired girl.
Kankurou lifted Megumi from the window and set her down. "Look..I didnt ASK for this!"
"I dont care! I'm calling Naruto RIGHT now so he can...uh oh...I must have left my cell phone outside!" Megumi gasped.
Gaara looked out the window and eyes a silver razr on the sandy ground. "I found it but....its totaled."
Megumi shook her head franticly, "No!"
"Calm down.....I'm not THAT bad looking.." Kankurou said.
"Not that..i meant my new razr phone! Which wasnt even mine...it was Sasukes'" Megumi sighed. "I guess i am staying...im not going back to the Leaf Village with Sasukes' broken phone!"
"So..you're staying?" Kankurou said trying to mask the hope in his voice.
Megumi nodded, "But i gurantee after you see my true personality you wont want me as your wife.." Megumi growled.
"Dinners cold!" yelled Temari.
Gaara went into the kitchen leaving Kankurou and Megumi alone.
"So....want something to eat?" Kankurou asked, breaking the akward silence.
Megumi glared at Kankurou, "Fine..." She followed him into the kitchen.
