I liked the idea, but I have many "but"s.
The idea as its merits, but you are overreacting, turning Naruto a Mary Sue. That is more annoying than the usual hyper Naruto.
So, what I liked was only the first chapter. These two are walking in a very thin blade. Be careful.
Also: could you manage the dialogues and the size of paragraphs? It is tiring read too long phrases.
