Summary: An Alternate Universe based on the Victorian England era. The Villages are Nations of their own who are in a time of peace, and due to this peace, the Nation of Sand has finally opened its gates to the world. It has been almost 500 years since one has stepped inside the gates of Sand. They're young Sultan is interested in the cultures of the outside world and is willing to take any who would come to its doors.

Queen Tsunade of the Nation of Leaves has sent Colonel Rock Lee on a mission to the Nation of Sand. Along with his partner, Private Naruto Uzumaki, he will learn of the mysterious Sultan and perhaps learn to thaw his frozen heart.
