If you dream, well maybe not
With all the fights you could have fought
With every song you could have sung
For every award you could have won
For all the hope filled moments that never last
For the perfect play that was never cast
For the opera that's knocking on your door
For all the trips down the dreary moor.
For all the memories that never end
For when you were young and could pretend
For all the loves in your life
For the simply thrilling strife
You will fight till tomorrow
To help end this sorrow
Consuming your soul
To help fill the bowl
The bowl to happiness
The mighty and gentlest
The young, the old
The fire, the tempest
This dream never ends,
It's not so good to pretend
But better yet to act upon
For a new age to dawn
And the Happiness will come,
When you were young.

This song was written to the song "canon in d" by Pachbel or however you spell it. I think it's a rather sad and simple song. I don't know why It's so beautiful. Or why some people call it happy. It's always made me feel terrible.
