Hmmm... You deserve more reviews! this story is amazing! i love the whole plot and the storyline! (are they the same thing?) well anyways! it made me so happy to stumble upon your story this morning! (or afternoon or something) i just couldnt stop reading! and im ashamed at myself for not finding your story sooner so i could review for all the chapters! well i still could but im kinda lazy...heh heh....but ya old ladies do rant to long! i feel sorry for them though for some reason....oh and to that thing you said in one of the earlier chapters about naruto failing and being younger, i thought the same thing! at first i thought it was just a mistake that he looked younger but then i noticed that he was born in october and sasuke and sakura were born before him! and i was really frustrated for a while....but im over it now! oh ya! back to the story! I really like this chapter. I like it when writers get behind the obvious of characters and write about what they logically should be feeling but don't show in the anime/manga. Naruto's thoughts about the way the villagers treat him could easily turn OOC, but your way of having him turn the sadness to a way of him seeing himself as helpful to the village ((which he logically should wish to be since he wants to be Hokage)) makes it feel very IC. You're very skilled. ^.^
I won't attempt any suggestions of what to add to the plot, cause my head's all cramped by pirates at the moment. Pirates of the Caribbean, hehe. Should anything come to mind I might tell you in another review. I'll be reading every chapter of this, believe it! XD

Personally, I think it's good; it shows that Naruto does think things through sometimes. Anyway, I think that near the end, it would be a good idea to have the council find out about the babies, and Sasuke telling them what they are going to do, instead of what the laws say.

Oo-de-lally! That must've been among the cutest things I've ever read, Naruto and Sasuke defending their babies right to exist... I so look forward to the next chapter, cause I wanna know what Sasuke thinks about these rules. According to me they're understandable if you consider what would happen should Kyuubi get out, but to put a death penalty on them is just plain wacko!! Keep it up, I am so fascinated by this story you wouldn't believe it. ^.^
