The next day in school was semi-normal. Naruto was being a loser, Sakura and Ino were fighting over Sasuke, Lee was being loud, and Hinata was ignoring Kiba.
“We have new students!” yelled Naruto in his math class
“Could you keep it down,” whispered Shikamaru, “one, were in class and two, some of us are trying to get some sleep back here.”
“Sorry, we have three new students, I don’t know their names yet but they are coming tomorrow…” whispered Naruto
Before Naruto could finish Shikamaru had already went back to taking his nap.
After class Naruto saw Tenten at her locker again.
“I’m gonna go talk to her.” He quietly said to himself
Naruto slowly walked up to Tenten thinking of what to say to her. Naruto had just started liking her and always got nervous when he went to go talk to her. Ever since last year when he announced to everyone that he liked Sakura then got rejected he decided to play it safe but didn’t want to miss his chance.
“Hey Tenten.” he said
She replied quickly “Oh, hi Naruto good to see you, gotta go, talk to you later, late for class.”
“Bye Tenten. See you around.” Naruto said sadly as he walked to science class.
“Hi Ino,” shouted Naruto as he walked into the classroom, “I haven’t seen you in so long. Are you still obsessed with Sasuke?”
“Yes-I mean no, I still like him but I’m not stalking him like Sakura is.” She answered
“I’m about to begin with class do you think you can get your butt inside and sit down. I’m handing out your test try not to be surprised about your grade.” said Asuma
When he handed Naruto’s test back it said 45%.
“Crap I failed another test!” he yelled
“That’s rough,” said Neji next to him, “I, of course, passed you should try studying.”
Naruto responded “Thanks, wait…why you would help me?”
“Because you need all the help you can get.” He answered
Meanwhile in Sasuke’s science class there was silence between him and Hinata. They were reading and taking notes when Hinata started whispering to Sasuke.
“…Sasuke did you mean what you said to me yesterday?” asked Hinata quietly
“Of course I did.” He answered
“Then why did you leave so quickly?” she asked
“Did you forget the fact that we were making out on your couch?” accidentally shouted Sasuke
“Anything you’d like to share with the class? If not you can sit down.” said Kakashi laughing
“Sorry.” He said embarrassed
“I know it was weird but he didn’t yell at me for too long. I want to keep seeing you, I don’t care what my father says.” said Hinata kissing Sasuke
Class went by fast after that. Kakashi handed out homework and announced that he won’t give anymore tests for a while then he sat down and continued reading his book.
“Sasuke, can I talk to you?” asked Kiba
“How many freaking times do I have to tell you…” started Sasuke
“Hinata is still ignoring me. I know I should move on but I can’t get here out of my head.”
“I’d love to stay and chat about your dissolving relationship with Hinata but I have actually a life and I’m leaving.”
Sasuke walked to lunch ignoring almost everyone because he had a major headache.
“Hi, Sasuke how are you?” shouted Sakura
“Bad now, I had a headache and you just made it worse.” replied Sasuke with his head in his hands
“I know she’s so insensitive.” softly laughed Hinata hugging Sasuke on purpose
“You’re so desperate, you’re trying to go for taken men.” replied Sakura
Sasuke whispered in Hinata’s ear “Don’t react to that, she’s only trying to make you mad.”
“Let’s go, I know somewhere where we can be alone.” said Sasuke
He led her outside to a quiet isolated place where they could talk privately, the lunchroom was too loud and there were too many people.
“Here’s the place, I hope you like it.” he finally said
“I love it, how did you find it?” she replied
“Most times I don’t want to be concerned with the kids in the cafeteria so I come out her just to think.” Sasuke said smiling
Hinata said “Sakura makes me so mad, she…”
“She’s jealous of you. You’re perfect.” answered Sasuke
“I never thought anyone would be jealous of me.” she replied
“Why, you’re so pretty.” Sasuke added
Hinata blushed and they finished their lunch and headed back to class.
