At last, they arrived at Lee’s party. Shikamaru and Ino were already there. Surprisingly they came on time. Chouji was eating, of course, and Sakura was arguing with Ino while Shikamaru watched. Also Neji and Shino were there.
“Sasuke you made,” said Sakura, “and you brought the friendless girl with you.”
“At least I don’t look I put my make-up on in the dark.” countered Hinata
“Have you looked in the mirror?” she insulted
“Actually I have you should try it sometime.” added Hinata
By the time they were finished offending each other Sasuke had left and was talking to Ino. She had dragged him away and wouldn’t let him leave.
“…so how’s life?” she asked
“Can I go now?” he whined
“Just answer the question.” she replied
“I’m fine.” he said
“That’s good. Are you dating Hinata?” she inquired
he replied “Yeah, I am. Are you gonna harass Hinata like Sakura is?”
“No, I’m gonna be mature about this and move on.” she said as she walked away
Tenten, Temari, Kankuro, and Gaara finally arrived.
“Let’s get this party started!” yelled Kankuro
“He’s such an embarrassment.” mumbled Gaara
After Tenten and Gaara arrived Kiba and Naruto came.
“Hey Sasuke!” he yelled across the room
“What do you want loser?” he answered
he said out of breath “Where’s Tenten?”
“She’s over there with Neji.” replied Sasuke
“Okay thanks!” he said
“H-hi.” he stuttered
“Hey Naruto.” she said
Meanwhile Shikamaru and Chouji are talking about Sakura.
Shikamaru whispered “…she’s such a slut. I heard that she hooked up with Kiba. She doesn’t even like him, she was just using him to piss off Sasuke. She knows they don’t like each other…”
“What did you say!?” interrupted Kiba
“Mind your own business.” countered Chouji
“This is my business. Take it back!” he yelled
“Not my fault that it’s true.” sighed Shikamaru
“Kiba, I swear it’s not true.” said Sakura quickly stopping his anger
“Yeah, right.” thought Shikamaru
“What was that about?” asked Temari
“Kiba and Sakura. I guess Shikamaru figured out Sakura’s true motives.” answered Kankuro
she replied “That’s Shikamaru? He’s so adorable!”
“Good luck with that. I’m gonna go find some beer.” he reacted
Temari went to go get so chips when Shikamaru bumped into her.
“Sorry, didn’t see you there.” he apologized
she said “That’s okay, time shouldn’t be wasted by holding grudges.”
“Grudges are such a drag.” he replied
“That’s true.” she responded
They both laughed.Over in the kitchen Kankuro was looking in the refrigerator for some beer.
“Hey Lee, you got any alcohol?” he asked
he answered “Uh…yeah there’s some in the basement. Wait, you’re too young…”
It was too late. Kankuro was already bringing up the kegs and passing beer and vodka out. Everyone rushed to him pushing and shoving each other.
Naruto went crazy after taking one taste.
“Naruto, calm down, you’re acting like you never had vodka before.” said Sasuke
“He probably doesn’t remember because he passed out.” added Hinata
“You’re right.” said Shikamaru
“I have a feeling that I’ll have to drive home.” said Tenten
“Come on everyone let’s play truth or dare.” insisted Ino
Everyone gathered in a circle, well tried to at least. Naruto and Kankuro kept running into each other.
“Okay,” Ino added, “Sakura you go first. The rules are if you refuse to answer the truth or don’t do the dare you have to take a drink. Truth or dare Sakura?”
“Dare.” she replied
“I dare you to drink a whole bottle of beer.” giggled Ino
Sakura cringed as it slid down her throat. After she was done she ran to the bathroom and almost threw up.
The person Sakura picked was Kiba.
“I’ll take a dare.” he announced
“I dare you to put on makeup and you can’t take it off until I tell you.” she said smiling
he replied “Are you serious!?”
“I’ll be happy to put on your makeup.” insisted Temari dragging Kiba to the bathroom
Five minutes later Temari surfaced from the bathroom.
“Here she is!” she laughed
Kiba hesitantly walked out with his face covered in blush and lipstick. When he sat down Gaara started laughing non stop. He mumbled a quick shut up to him before choosing the next person which was Temari.
“Truth.” she replied
he asked “Did you ever date a guy that ended up being gay?”
she answered “Actually yes. Last year at my other school I dated this really popular guy and on our blind date he took me to the movies and when we were watching the movie he started crying. When I asked him why he said the man reminded him of his boyfriend. Also when we were getting popcorn he was flirting with the male cashier.”
“…okay.” replied Kiba
Temari picked Shikamaru next.
He chose to do a dare.
“I want you to go skinny-dipping in Lee’s pool.” she giggled
he sighed “I think you had too much to drink.”
“Do it for me.” she persisted
Shikamaru walked to the edge of the pool and one by one people lined up by the window. He took off all his clothes and jumped in.
“The water is like 20 degrees!” he shivered
“You never said to put the water heater on.” said Lee laughing
They kept playing until everyone had a turn. When Sasuke looked up he noticed that Hinata wasn’t there. When he went looking for her he went to the study. When he opened the door a little bit more he saw her reading a book. When she looked up she saw Sasuke standing at the door.
Hinata and Sasuke walked into the living room to find Naruto flirting with Tenten.
Gaara shouted “Naruto, what are you doing?”
“I don’t see your name anywhere on her.” he replied drunkenly
“Naruto leave me alone!” said Tenten pushing him away
“She told you to go away.” he retorted
Naruto stumbled up to Gaara attempting to punch him. Gaara pushed him down to the floor.
Tenten said to Gaara “Don’t hurt him, he’s clearly out of it.”
Naruto shoved her into the floor.
“Tenten are you okay?” asked Gaara running to her side
“Not really, but I will be.” she replied breathing heavily
The party ended at 3am. Everyone staggered out of Lee’s house and returned home.
Tenten had to drag Kankuro and Gaara into the car because they were too intoxicated to do it themselves. Temari also was partially sober but not enough to drive home. Sasuke crawled into the bedroom window and went to sleep with his clothes on. Without waking up Itachi or his mom. Hinata slipped into her house without her dad knowing.
