2. Chapter Two- Enigma by Death by shuriken [Reviews - 0] (3547 words)
I mention in the story, the Hyuuga’s stance on the Uchiha’s kekkai genkai. There is a theory going around that the Sharingan and the Byakugan are genetically linked. I have enhanced this theory to make it seem that the Byakugan’s genes are the basis of the Sharingan. It seems plausible although it is easy to see that the Sharingan is capable of more and therefore, superior to the Hyuuga’s bloodline. Despite this obvious fact, I figured the Byakugan users to be barely tolerant of the Sharingan… for many reasons; One being that the Hyuuga clan is very, very protective of its bloodline’s secrets and it seems that the Uchiha clan not as much-- the proof of this being Kakashi’s Sharingan. Another reason; perhaps there is some resentment because the Uchiha clan was such a prosperous family before their unfortunate demise. They were, after all, head of the police force within Konoha. I would assume that old blood like Hyuuga would hold some animosity towards this success.
