pairings.... er.. for naruto non of the girls listed would be right it just seems like he shouldnt be paired up in this story unless u make an oc or something same with sasuke everyones a fangirl i dont think he would go for them and hinata's a little to soft for him. i really like this story though and i hope you continue it

This is brilliant, I really enjoyed reading it! Poor Hokage though, everyone hates him!
I love the new Naruto. I much prefer him this way, calm, strong and good looking rather than the number one hyper active knuckle head ninja.

As for pairings, I'm more for yaoi- but if not
Sasuke- Karin or Ino. Naruto- Sakura (a bit of contrevesry is nice)

Author's Response: Thanks for the touching review. I'm not into yaoi so don't expect it but the real focus of the story isn't the pairings but Naruto's journey so I'll try to squeeze it.

I would say Naruto and Ino, Sakura, or Konan (most likely Ino). For Sasuke, Karin. (Gotta let the girl have a chance)^^

i really like who this story is turning out, i really like it when naruto embraces the 'dark side' if you will. as for the pairings, i think narutoxino is a great one and is really rare
Author's Response: I'm trying to walk a fine line between the grey zone, I love the darker side of Naruto and want to explore it without making him all Dark Vaderish.

Nice change of pace^^ I like it. Good not to see a yaoi once in a while (yaoi could have ruined this one too easily). Anywayz, I think the storyline thus far is pretty good. I didn't see any grammatical errors which either means you have really good Beta-readers or you are one heck of an English student^^ (Very Jealous I am T^T). So keep the good work.

The second part of the chapter wasn't well done. You poured out details with very little reflection on Sasuke's part. The first part of the conversation was good, where you went though Sasuke's emotions, but after that it wasn't paragraphs for Naruto and single sentence responses from Sasuke. What I'm trying to say is that Sasuke soaked up everything Naruto said. You did part 3 of the chapter very well because there was a lot of reflection and emotion. i'm saying part 2 would be more hard-hitting if it was like that. I know, it's not the most exciting thing to write but it's neccessary.
Apart from that, don't write "time skip: 3 years Hokage's office", write "Three years had past. In the Hokage tower..."
This really helps to keep the immersion in the story, otherwise the reader feels they're reading fiction, not in the story.
But it was a great and well written chapter, this story is developing nicely.
Author's Response: I see what your saying, but that's kind of how I imagined it, Sasuke in this fic was still young when he found out and was looking for an excuse for what Itachi did. But I do get what you saying.

WHOOOOOAAAA~!!!! You know what? I had an idea of a fic with Naruto being blind for the whole story but your idea is much better. A new dark Naruto only means trouble or...not trouble since he's calmer now, which ever works. But either way this is awesome. ^^ I wonder how this will affect the future...hehe. Death, blood, evil-ness I wonder...?
