“Yo Kiba! We gotta go, we’re late!” yelled Naruto slamming his car door shut. In the distance they heard the first bell ring.
Kiba ran in front of the blonde boy and gave him his science book that he left in the car. Naruto rubbed the back of his head. Kiba punched him in the arm. “It’s your fault we’re late. You just had to talk to that girl back there.”
“Admit it, she was hot.”
“I already have a girlfriend.” he replied jogging up the steps to the school entrance. They rushed into school still half asleep. Before they could even get to their lockers the late bell rang.
“…Shit….” mumbled Kiba under his breath
Naruto stopped running all of a sudden and Kiba ran into him. “What are you doing? We’re late.”
Naruto smiled mischievously “We could ask Granny Tsunade for a pass, y’know.”
Kiba shook his head “No, no! You know what happened last time when you asked her for something.” It was too late Naruto was already halfway down the hallway banging obnoxiously on Principal’s Tsunade’s door. Kiba caught up to him. Shizune, the assistant principal opened the door slightly “Um…Naruto, shouldn’t you be in class now?” Naruto pushed he door open wider and strolled in with Kiba attempting to hide behind him. They sat down in the comfortable leather seats. Tsunade folded her manicured hands and looked up from her paperwork. She sighed deeply “It’s you again.”
“Yeah…me and Kiba need a favor.” he said laughing. She laughed sarcastically along with him.
“Let me guess, you need a pass to science. No.”
“Aww… come on. I never ask you for anything.” he whined
She looked at him and then looked back at the mountain of papers on her desk. “Ok fine, but only because I have don’t have time to hear your whining.” She tossed the two pink slips over to Naruto and they fell on the floor. They ran out before she decided to throw something. “Thanks Granny Tsunade!” yelled Naruto from outside the door.
Kiba and Naruto calmly walked to next class, science. They were about ten minutes late when they finally arrived. Kakashi-sensei was too involved in his Icha-Icha book to teach the lesson. He just sat at his desk while the class did whatever they wanted to.
As soon as they walked in Kakashi handed them a detention slip and a worksheet all without taking his eyes off the book. “Not this time Kakashi-sensei.” laughed Naruto waving the passes in front of him.
“Hmm…I’ll just save these for later, I know I’ll need them.”
Kiba and Naruto took their worksheets to their seats in the back. Naruto looked around for someone that had it done so he could copy it. Shikamaru was sleeping, Sakura was texting, and Hinata was hard at work. Perfect. Naruto slowly leaned over to her. “Hey…are you done yet?” She nodded quickly and handed him the paper.
At the end of class Hinata rushed out too quickly for Naruto to hand back her worksheet. Kiba told him to forget it and they just went to Naruto’s locker. While Naruto was fixing his spiky blond hair in the mirror he saw Hinata taking off her oversized sweatshirt. Her other shirt stuck to the sweatshirt. Kiba nudged Naruto “Hinata is stacked!”
“Where has she been hiding those? She has potential.” asked Naruto in disbelief. Hinata just realized that her shirt was sticking to her sweatshirt.
“If she has ‘potential’ then you get someone to ask her out.” replied Kiba laughing hysterically.
“Dude, you’re on!”
