I'm not really sure, as I don't understand the US system well. We go to primary school from age 4-11 (Year groups: reception-year 6) and then move to secondary school age 11- 16 (years 7-11) We can then stay on at secondary until we are eighteen, go to another college or find work. Then at eighteen we can apply for University... I don't really understand the grades over your side of the pond?

Experience gets my vote- sounds like an awesome idea. Being british, high school fics don't make all that much sense to me, 'cause our education system is different.

Author's Response: Thanks for voting! How different are they? -MK
